Delete Your Account and Data
This page explains how to delete data from amplify, the app by Aravir Technologies Private Limited (developer name on the App Store and Google Play: Aravir Technologies Private Limited).
Delete Your Account
In the iOS or Android app: open More → Settings → Delete Account, enter your password and confirm.
On the web: sign in at amplify.aravir.in, open Settings, and use Delete Your Account.
Before deleting, cancel any monthly plan you pay for in Billing on the web (or revoke the mandate in your UPI app or bank) so you are not charged again. If you own a workspace that has other members, transfer ownership in Team or delete that workspace first.
What Happens Next
- You are signed out on every device straight away.
- Your account is permanently deleted after 30 days. Signing in before then cancels the request.
- We delete your name, email, password, sessions, push tokens and connected social account tokens.
- Workspaces where you are the only member are deleted with everything in them (brands, posts, media, leads, inbox and connections).
- Posts and comments you created in a workspace shared with others stay with that workspace and show as “Deleted User”.
Delete a Workspace
The workspace owner can delete a workspace in Settings → Delete This Workspace on the web. This immediately removes its brands, posts, media, leads, inbox, connected accounts and plan.
Delete Some of Your Data
You can delete individual posts, campaigns, media, leads and products from each page, and owners can delete brands and automations, without deleting your account.
Remove a Connected Social Account
Disconnect it in Connections; its access tokens are deleted immediately. If you remove amplify from Facebook, Instagram or Threads settings, Meta notifies us and we delete the related tokens automatically. For YouTube you can also revoke access at Google security settings.
What We Keep
- Invoices and billing records, as tax and company law requires (at least 72 months for GST records), with minimal personal data.
- Security logs, for at least one year.
- Backups, which are overwritten within 35 days after deletion.
Can’t Sign In?
Email chandra@aravir.in from your account’s email address with the subject “Delete my amplify account”. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we act within 30 days.
