Shipping and Delivery Policy

amplify is an online software service. We do not sell or ship physical goods, and there are no shipping charges.

How the Service Is Delivered

• Free trial: access starts immediately when you create your workspace at amplify.aravir.in.
• Paid plans: your plan is activated online in your workspace as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, normally within a few minutes. You also receive a payment confirmation by email from Razorpay.
• Apps: the iOS and Android apps are delivered through the App Store and Google Play, and the desktop apps from our website. They use the same account; plans are not sold in the apps.

Delivery Problems

If your plan is not active within 2 hours of a successful payment, email hello@aravir.in with your workspace name and Razorpay payment ID, or call +91 94406 98444 (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 IST, except public holidays). We resolve delivery issues within 2 business days, and if we cannot deliver the plan we refund the payment in full as described in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
